Well, the point of the Web site is to allow you to unite everything you have online in one place. The site doesn’t put anything up itself, you just add links to whatever you want, like, a link to myspace, flickr etc.

That was part of my point in what I originally wrote. I think this is a great idea, but can this unknown site get a following before the big boys jump in?

Its almost to the point that kids need to start being educated in school at an early age about online privacy and safety. Children are starting to use computers and the internet at such a young age, and they need to know how to keep themselves out of trouble. Parents can’t simply say, “Don’t take candy from strangers” anymore.

I agree, anything does go now days. It is unfortunate that there is no way to really sensor what children are releasing. I just read when I was researching for my blog that 20% of children release their full name!

I think we put up our information innocently because we would never knowingly invade someone else’s space.

But, unfortunately, someone taking our information is becoming more and more of a threat.

I’m sorry about what happened to your friend. What did she do about her information being stolen? Or is there really anything she could do about it?

… Upon creating a Ruckus account, only members of your network (your college) can see this information.
